Superpixel based road user tracker
نویسندگان
چکیده
A superpixel based tracker is tested on the two Tracking sequences from PDTV[7], Minsk and Sherbrooke. It detects all vehicles from the Minsk dataset although a few of them are splitted. The pedestrians are too small and thus all missed. The results for the Sherbrooke are not as good, especially in the areas far way from the camera where the intersection s viewed at a low angle. Also the sign in the foreground causes misses. Results on the positioning precision are also presented and how these can be improved by fitting 3D models to the detections.

Efficient Methods and Interfaces for Road Tracking
In this paper, we present a prototype system for semi-automatic extraction of road axes and a study on its efficiency for operational use. The core of our system is a road tracker based on profile matching. This road tracker is enhanced with a graphical user interface that guides the operator through the whole data acquisition process. For typical tasks and problems that occur during the extrac...
متن کاملRecognition of Road Network in Aerial Images using CRF and Marked Point Process
In this paper, we propose a method to combine a Marked Point Process with Conditional Random Fields for the purpose of road network extraction, in which stochastic process and probabilistic graphical model classification are coupled together, aiming at extracting road network faster and more efficiently. In our method, superpixel segmentation is conducted first and the resulting segments are re...
متن کاملInteractive multiclass segmentation using superpixel classification
This paper adresses the problem of interactive multiclass segmentation. We propose a fast and efficient new interactive segmentation method called Superpixel Classification-based Interactive Segmentation (SCIS). From a few strokes drawn by a human user over an image, this method extracts relevant semantic objects. To get a fast calculation and an accurate segmentation, SCIS uses superpixel over...
متن کاملTracking Using Multilevel Quantizations
Most object tracking methods only exploit a single quantization of an image space: pixels, superpixels, or bounding boxes, each of which has advantages and disadvantages. It is highly unlikely that a common optimal quantization level, suitable for tracking all objects in all environments, exists. We therefore propose a hierarchical appearance representation model for tracking, based on a graphi...
متن کاملSuperpixel clustering with deep features for unsupervised road segmentation
Vision-based autonomous driving requires classifying each pixel as corresponding to road or not, which can be addressed using semantic segmentation. Semantic segmentation works well when used with a fully supervised model, but in practice, the required work of creating pixel-wise annotations is very expensive. Although weakly supervised segmentation addresses this issue, most methods are not de...
